OBJECTIVE

The main objective is to introduce to the people of Leicester and the surrounding areas the concept of traditional Indian cuisine presented with our own style, cooked on premises as per order using only fresh ingredients without any artificial flavours. It will bring in people of any age group coming in for a take away, celebrating an occasion or entertaining a business client or just want a quiet evening in a great ambience offering consistent food and courteous service and getting value for their money.

PRODUCT

The food will be light, concentrating on freshness, and simplicity but will include complexity in its sauces. The food will be well presented and full of flavour.

The bar will offer exotic cocktails and mocktails rather than just spirits and lagers. Our bar menu will attract guests of all ages and our well selected wines will compliment the food. Different types of hot beverages will also be offered. An extensive wine list will also be available.

STRATEGY

Indiana will always concentrate on building a large customer base and then through consistent quality of food and service, a large repeat customer base to be built. A positive word of mouth will be the key.

It should give people a chance to speak about us positively, especially when they sit in their social circle. More advertising and promotional ideas will be a part of our group discussion on monthly basis.
